It's Time For Your Resurrection
Happy Easter! Yes today is Easter Sunday but I tend to look at this holiday in a difference sense. I look at the resurrection as a renewing of the mind, body, and soul. If you are feeling emotionally, physically, and spiritually dead then its time for you to wake up have a resurrection. Its time for you to look within and tell the truth about yourself to yourself.
I believe most people desire to be healthy, whole, and complete but sometimes we're just out of balance. Its times like this when we must stir up the Spirit within and ask for and claim our healing. We have the power to speak the word for perfect health, love, awareness, wealth. We came into this world with the power and we can never be separated from God, the Good, every where, evenly present. God is closer to us than our breath.
Meditation, prayer, and reading spiritual uplifting words all serve to help resurrect us to a Superconscious mind state with a greater sense of awareness to help us overcome any obstacles.

Patience Is The Supreme Virtue
In our everyday interactions with people we have to learn how to exercise patience. Patience is the Supreme Virtue and for good reason too. Let's look at the definition.
Dictionary.com defines patience as:
1. the quality of being patient, as the bearing of provocation, annoyance, misfortune, or pain, without complaint, loss of temper, irritation, or the like.
2. an ability or willingness to suppress restlessness or annoyance when confronted with delay: to have patience with a slow learner.
3. quiet, steady perseverance; even-tempered care; diligence: to work with patience.
For me, I have to learn how to have patience with people who are not acting the way I want them to act. They have their own thoughts, feelings, and circumstances. They are not mine and the best thing I can do is show compassion for them and not get upset with them.
This is difficult for me most of the time. What I have learned as of lately is to not REACT but to RESPOND to situation where patience is called for. Its not easy but taking this frame of mind allows me to stay calm even when I want to bite someone's head off.
In another post, I will share with you what I've learn so far as I go through The Presence Process. This Process was developed by Michael Brown and I've have seen wonderful results in only 3 weeks of an 11-week Process.
